About Me
Samantha Senn (she/her or they/them)
I’ve been crafting stories for as long as I can remember, starting with pretending to be Basil of Baker Street from The Great Mouse Detective with my aunt playing every other character. You could say she was my first Game Master. From there, I only dived deeper, creating my own imaginary worlds, writing both original and fan fiction, and becoming a theater director/producer in my early twenties. Taking a side-step from creative pursuits, I obtained my Masters in Forensic and Legal Psychology, interning with local and federal law enforcement, and am now in the process of finishing my doctorate in Justice, Law, and Criminology.

But, full-time academia is not my path. Instead, I merge my knowledge with my artistic talent to create engaging tabletop roleplaying game content.
My Tabletop Roleplaying Journey
Although I dipped my toes into the tabletop roleplaying space as early as my high school years, I didn't dive in until February 2019. After several failed starts are getting together an in-person Dungeons & Dragons group, I turned to Roll20 listings where I found a listing for Curse of Strahd. What I thought would just be a way to escape the grind of my doctoral program became the highlight of my week as our party, eventually named Seekers of the Dawn, fought to free Barovia once week for over a year.

Hooked on TTRPGs, I launched my version of Tomb of Annihilation and begin my journey as a Game Master, Cartographer, and Adventure Creator. I would be lying if I said I never looked back, but after every time I did, I decided to keep going. I will be forever grateful for this initial group (whom I nicknamed, to their protest, the Strahd Squad) for launching this journey.

Thank you for joining me on the next quest in my journey!
